We use paper tape which can be recycled/composted. We use compostable bags which are 100% made from plants and can be composted at home. Please remove all courier ticket labels and the non-toxic adhesive glue strip prior to composting. You can read more information about the compostable bags here.

Our packages are shipped as plastic free as possible. Once we've shipped, you’re at the mercy of the courier! However, we do aim for 1 – 2 days delivery within NZ once shipped (rural delivery can take longer). International If you would like to place an order for international delivery, please email with your order and we will send you a quote for shipping. Please select pick up at the checkout and you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Pick Ups We allow pick ups from our Warehouse at 20C Lake Road, Frankton, Hamilton Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We are unable too change or add to orders once placed so please check your cart carefully to ensure it is correct. This is irrespective of whether you have paid multiple times for shipping. If you place multiple orders, we reserve the right to combine the orders when shipping in order to save on wastage. Flat rate of $7.50 for orders $119.99 and under. This is a different method than if you stored the bag upright where it freezes as a thicker chunk and takes ages to defrost.ĭomestic - within NZ Free NZ shipping on all orders $120 and over. Later, when you need it, the flat frozen milk will take less than a minute to thaw and warm by running under the hot tap.
Lay it flat to freeze, so that you get an evenly spread thin frozen milk, which then takes up less space. Pour your freshly pumped milk into the bag, and expel out any air.
